At this time, I do not take private insurance.

 The full price of the session is the responsibility of the client.

PAYMENT

Most major credit cards are accepted.

A copy of your credit/debit card will be kept on file and

payment will be automatically charged at the end of the day for your convenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations should be made 24-hours in advance of your appointment.

A $50.00 late cancellation/no-show fee may be assessed for appointments

cancelled less than 24-hours in advance
